At KPMC, progress isn’t just measured by the number of properties we own—it’s reflected in the quality of the homes we provide and the long-term vision we’re building toward. As we head into the latter half of 2025, we’re proud to share a few key updates:
We’re nearing completion on the full remodel of a Belhaven home that’s being thoughtfully converted into a duplex. Once finished, this property will offer two modern, well-appointed rental units in one of Jackson’s most walkable and historic neighborhoods. It reflects our approach to reinvesting in existing architecture and making high-quality housing more accessible in established areas.
We’ve also recently added a single-family, ranch-style home in Northeast Jackson to our portfolio. This acquisition expands our reach while diversifying the types of properties we offer within the local market.
As of this month, we’re proud to report that every unit across our portfolio is currently leased—an encouraging sign that our investments are aligned with the needs of the community.
Looking ahead, we’re actively working toward a major opportunity: the acquisition and repositioning of a multi-use, three-story urban property. This project would mark our first step into larger mixed-use development—an exciting milestone as we continue to scale from residential roots toward long-term hospitality and commercial ventures.
